Return and Exchange policy

At GEM’EN I, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer exchanges under the following terms:

Exchange Policy

– We want you to love your purchase! While all sales are final and we don’t offer returns for refunds, we’re delighted to offer exchanges if needed.
– You can exchange items within 7days of receiving your order.
– Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
– Customized or personalized products are non-exchangeable.
– Returns will be covered by the brand for the first instance; however, any subsequent returns will be the customer’s responsibility.

Initiating an Exchange

To start an exchange, please contact us at support@gemenijewels.com or call us at +91 91378 96996 (Mon – Sat, 10 AM – 6 PM). Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Exchange Value

– The value of your exchanged item will be credited to your GEM’EN I wallet.
— The value of your exchanged item will be credited to your GEM’EN I wallet or, for Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions.
– You can then use your wallet credit towards future purchases on our website at your convenience.

Shipping Costs

– Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for exchanges, unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will assist you in processing your exchange.
